We are not a government body and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any government department, public sector undertaking or procurement portal. We do not and cannot guarantee that any tender will be awarded to you. Award decisions rest entirely with the procuring authority. Our fees are for professional services rendered, not for any outcome.

Professional fees are confirmed in writing before work begins and are payable as agreed, together with applicable GST. Government fees, tender document fees, EMD, stamp duty, notarisation, certifying authority charges and similar statutory payments are separate and borne by you. Professional fees, once work has commenced, are not refundable merely because a bid was unsuccessful.
We work to the timelines agreed with you and target submission ahead of the closing date. We are not responsible for delays caused by portal downtime, network failure, banking delays, third-party certifying authorities, government processing, or late provision of documents by you.
We treat your credentials, financial information, rates and partner discussions as confidential and do not disclose them to third parties except where required to perform the engagement with your knowledge, or where required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the professional fee received by us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity.
The eTenderWala name, logo, content and design of this website belong to eTenderWala and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
This website may link to government portals and other external sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or availability.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website and services from the date shown above.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nanded, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
