Departments, railways, PSUs and banks dispose of surplus and scrap through e-auctions all year round. The lots move quickly, the notice periods are short, and the portals are separate from the regular tender portals — so they are easy to miss entirely.

We track auction notices in the categories you deal in, help you register on the relevant portals, work out the landed cost including duties and lifting charges, and place the bid on your behalf.

Common questions

Before you ask us

Which auction portals do you cover?

MSTC, IREPS and the major departmental and bank auction platforms. Tell us your category and we will confirm coverage.

Can I inspect the material before bidding?

Almost always, and you should. Inspection dates are stated in the notice and we flag them in the alert.

How quickly must payment be made?

Usually within a short window after the award, often a few working days, with lifting to follow. Missing it forfeits the EMD.

Is TCS applicable on scrap?

Tax collected at source generally applies on scrap sales. We include it in the landed cost working so your bid ceiling is realistic.

Ready to move on this?

Send your requirement and we will reply with the exact documents, timeline and fee involved.
